    Thoroughly enjoyed this. Really straightforward prep. Served with cabbage cooked in browned butter. Bread would have been good. I accidentally used a bit more liquid than stated which made a lovely gravy.i am thinking that kids might enjoy this perhaps without so much seasoning.
