    Really delicious squash soup. I've made it with various kinds of winter squash and with sugar pie pumpkin.

    This is my go to squash soup recipe. Over the years I’ve made adjustments. As written it makes a very thin soup. I use twice the squash. I use a can of light coconut milk instead of the half and half. Finally I add a Tablespoon of brown sugar at the end with the lime juice.
