    Such a delightful recipe. You can have it on the table in about 20 minutes. Just fry some garlic, chilli and capers with some olive oil, add the beans and fry for a couple of minutes and then top with the parsley. Add some salt & pepper to the tuna and cook for a couple of minutes each side or longer if you prefer it more cooked. Served it with a sprinkle of sumac and lemon wedges. So yummy!!
