    We loved this! I used fresh tortellini rather than dried, but I'm sure dried would work as well. Substituted yellow bells pepper for the green and used fresh basil. Substituted Monterey Jack for the Muenster as that is what I had. Other than that, made as written. You can assemble this ahead and refrigerate. Bring to room temperature before baking.
