    The flavor of this chicken is wonderful. Rather than make mayonnaise from scratch, I blend 3/4 cup Best Foods mayo with the Dijon, lemon juice, shallots,pepper and Tabasco. Be sure and chill the coated breaded chicken as long as you can for the best flavorful and moist result.
