    This salad is a keeper. One of our preferred vegetarian dishes that it is a meal on its own. Rocket with white beans, raw zucchini and parsley with some olive oil and lemon with halloumi and tomatoes. The recipe is really tasty with a combination of flavours from the citrus of the lemon juice, saltiness of the cheese and sweetness of the tomatoes, that when mixed make your tastebuds sing. Lovely!
