    This is a favourite salad, and one that it is also perfect to make at Xmas, especially if you buy a whole ham. This time I coated the pecans with honey - hubby tried one with pears and honey pecans at a restaurant and thought they were delicious this way. It's great when the peaches are in season and these were so ripe and sweet that it was perfect! It's amazingly good.
