    I made so many substitutions that I probably shouldn’t claim that I cooked this. I didn’t have any Mrs. Dash so I used a handful of fresh basil from my garden and a half-teaspoon Italian seasoning. I didn’t have all the vegetables the recipe calls for so I used only broccoli, carrots, and mushrooms—and a 15.5-oz. can of tomatoes rather then fresh. Prepared this way, the recipe is average.
