    Another good muffin from this book. I used 1/2 cup red spring whole wheat (Flourist) for part of the flour. Sugar, lime zest and ginger get buzzed in the food processor and added to the mix. I like that this uses buttermilk which often is left over from other recipes. Eggs were from my sister’s chicks. Baked 18 min at 375 fan. I liked the hum of ginger in these. Will make again.
