    The cutlets were supposed to be served with a fennel salad but I made a quinoa salad instead because I didn't have any fennel at home. The cutlets' lemon thyme looks burned, but in fact it was not, it was crunchy and delicious with the butter, lemon and sherry sauce. Will certainly repeat.
