    Extremely easy to make, all ingredients in the food processor, whizz and 45 minutes in the oven. Very nice, delicate cake. Very easy to eat too. Not sure how authentic it is, as I was reading up on this cake, honey and rye flour is supposed to be the main ingredient for Pain D'epice but they're not included here. Anyhow, it's a lovely cake.
