    Is it weird to review a stir fry recipe that highlights green beans when you substituted an equivalent weight of match stick yellow and red peppers? Maybe, but this was a quick and tasty dinner with that change made based on personal tastes. I also stirred some fresh noodles into the skillet after the sauce was added. My red pepper flakes are very fresh and they certainly made their presence known so if you are not a heat lover tread lightly at first....maybe start with half.
