Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    I really enjoyed these - an easy, simple and economical meal using frozen fish. I omitted the red pepper and used 390g fish (instead of the specified 500g) which worked well for two generous dinner portions with salad. If serving with rice or as a starter, the 500g between 4 would likely be fine.
