    I made this for a holiday dinner party the month it came out in the magazine -- Dec 1999. It was divine and very easy. I've since made it many times for festive occasions and it's always very well received. The first time I made the pepper relish and a mustard horseradish sauce to accompany the meat. The relish was awful and extremely unappetizing in appearance, whereas the horseradish sauce was fabulous. I've never made the pepper relish again.
