    This comes close to being a perfect recipe: easy, quick, colorful and delicious! I've made it numerous times -- it's especially nice in the spring and summer. I do recommend parboiling the green beans for about 3 minutes ahead of time and increasing the cooking time -- the fish is not quite done at 8 minutes and the beans are still very crunchy. The sauce is out of this world and could be used for a lot of things. We usually mix it into the brown rice that we serve along with the fish.
