    Our go-to for linguine with clams. Last night I used little necks from Island Creek, small and sweet. I cut the olive oil by a third. Easy week night meal, but also perfect for company. Don't shirk on the red pepper flakes if you want it to taste like the dish at Al Di La in Brooklyn!
