    I've used these directions to make sugar heart cubes for many afternoon teas lately. Very easy to put together (as long as you have a small cutter). I tend to put a bowl of mixed colours on the table - start with white hearts, then add pink/red dye and make some pink ones, then add blue dye to make purple hearts. They keep well.
