    This recipe is DELICIOUS! Things to make note of--I found that when I made the caramel sauce first, it hardened by the time I was ready to use it in the recipe. So instead, I just made it in the last few minutes before I needed to add it to the pork. The recipe also didn't make note of if the pot should be covered or not. I covered it to be on the safe side, taking the lid off in the last five or so minutes of cooking.
