    This is a lovely loaf of white bread....crusty & soft at the same time. She does suggest that it might not rise much in the 1st hour, but mine doubled easily. Same thing with the second rise...perhaps it's my warm room but it rose to 1" above the rim of the loaf pan in around 35 minutes (as opposed to the predicted hour). It was baked in around 37 minutes (confirmed with a 190 F temp check). I will for sure make this bread again.
