    This cheesecake is not only really impressive looking but impressive tasting as well. My dinner guests loved it and thought I might have gotten it from a fancy bakery. I did substitute roasted and finely chopped hazelnuts for the almonds which I think made the hazelnut flavor more prominent. I couldn’t find chocolate covered graham crackers so I made the crust with chocolate wafer cookies which I ground in the food processor. The extra intense chocolate flavor paired really well with the hazelnut cheesecake.
