    I didn’t have the recipe to cook from as my other half helpfully decided to change out the wifi router just as I started cooking, but I got pretty close! This was very easy to make as I had cooked potatoes and beetroot in the fridge. I never bother bread-crumbing fishcakes - I just dusted them with gluten-free flour. I liked the horseradish to bind the fishcakes and the salad was really good. Very tasty, will make again.
