    p. 154 -- This smelled INCREDIBLE as it was baking and tastes just as good, especially warm from the oven. I substituted vanilla bean paste for extract so the loaves would have pretty flecks throughout and it was a nice touch. Not too sweet, would be very nice for breakfast or with tea.
