EYB Comments
Can substitute bottle clam juice, fish stock or light chicken broth for mussels, canned tomatoes for fresh tomatoes, and haddock, red snapper, sea bass, sole, dab, flounder, mullet, catfish and other non-oily fish for cod. Recipe suggests using at least 2 kinds of fish.
Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?
Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.
