Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    The stuffing was delicious, it’s just a shame that my chicken only fit about a third of the stuffing in it. I’ll warm the rest and add the leftover chicken, kinda like a pilaf. A note on the quantity of butter, the recipe states 300g, I used 100g and that was still a lot. Very nice, but probably not a keeper

    My eleven year old daughter said this was the best roast chicken she has ever tasted. She's not a fan of roast chicken but has asked for this one again and again.
