    My preference will always be overnight yeasted waffles, but these are a good fallback option for times when you don’t remember to make waffle batter the night before, or don’t have the fridge space to house a big bowl of batter. These are crispy on the outside with a fluffy, creamy interior; their flavor is subtler and less complex than a yeasted waffle.
