    This is really delicious. I made it with Honeycrisp apples, and used pear juice in place of the apple juice because that's what I had on hand. At first it seemed like a too much juice; next time I'll try 1/4 cup instead of 1/3 (although over the course of a couple of days the juice sort of reabsorbed and kept the leftovers moist). This gets better over time, as the oats on top soak up the apple-pie flavor.
