Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Not much to say about this- a basic tasty crumble recipe that I served with creme fraiche ice cream. Needs to sit before serving as it comes out quite watery- no worries as the apples thicken it right up. Although the fruit cooks with a vanilla bean, I didn't get much of its taste and would probably use less expensive vanilla paste or extract next time.
