Baked fish with potatoes (Orata alla Pugliese) from Two Greedy Italians Eat Italy by Antonio Carluccio and Gennaro Contaldo

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Notes about this recipe

This is a great recipe. It takes nothing to prepare and it is just delicious and this one is from Carluccio. The fish he used is Orata or sea bream, but you can use any other type. It must be a flaky thick fillet though. If the fish fillets are too thin, the fish would be too overcooked and not very nice. I used snapper, but it could also work well with fresh cod or monkfish.
