    I've made this recipe several times, and it's always a great comforting meal. It takes less than 20 minutes to prepare and then 40 minutes to cook. I cook the squid in the oven at about 170°C instead of the stovetop to prevent it from sticking to the bottom of the pan and thus requiring frequent stirring. As the recipe says, I served it with crunchy bread to mop up the sauce. Deliciously good!
