    I agree with Breadcrumbs-this is a great choice when served with a salad alongside something heavier.

    p. 285 – Salty, tart, tangy and simply wonderful with baby arugula as the perfect foil to rich, heavier dishes. I served this alongside a Mushroom, Leek and Gruyere tart and it worked beautifully. Next time I’d reserve some of the salt to toss directly into the salad for a little crunch.
