    p. 95 – A perfect summery pasta dish. I decided to grill vs sauté the zucchini and the dish worked beautifully and came together in no time. I added some grated lemon zest for a pop of brightness and I finished the dish with a dusting of grated parmesan and some fresh basil. I served this alongside Rao’s Grilled Lemon Chicken – a perfect pairing. Company-worthy dish well worth repeating.
