    Texture is really nice and good amount of sweetness. My only complaint is because you melt the butter and then mix everything in with only allowing "slight cooling" the chocolate chips melt and you end up with chocolate streak cookies rather than chocolate chip. I liked these enough to say that I would make them again, experimenting with waiting longer for the butter to cool further or pouring the melted butter sugar mixture into a chilled bowl before adding the chips.
