    Made this as a side with sourdough waffles and crisp bacon, using gorgeous strawberries from our farmers market. Be sure to make the lemon creme fraiche well ahead of serving time for the flavors to develop. Because our strawberries were so perfect, I reduced the amount of creme that was drizzled over them so as not to overwhelm their flavor. Definitely will make this with all available kinds of berries throughout this Spring and Summer.
