    Hubby really like this one. The sauce was sweet with a bit of a kick, and a bit out of the ordinary-nice enough to serve to guests. Having no blackberry preserves, I cooked some frozen blackberries with sugar & a bit of cornstarch before adding the other sauce ingredients. The sauce was probably looser than it should have been, but apparently the flavor did not suffer.
