    I made this using skin on filets which is cooked using the broiling method from Fish Without a Doubt. It took about 5 or 6 minutes to get lovely medium salmon filets. I used the full amount of sauce for 3 filets and simply basted the top as you don't turn the salmon with the broiler method. Given modifications to technique I can't comment on the cooking instructions, but I can say the flavour of the sauce was very nice. There is no salt in the sauce and you are only seasoning one side of the salmon so make sure you go heavy. Overall a very easy and nice dish.
