    Very good! I didn't have applesauce or banana and subbed greek yogurt in its place, no harm done!

    Like a cross between baked oatmeal and muffins, these felt healthy in a good way. My family liked them and they don't love baked oatmeal. I used mashed banana instead of applesauce and think the flavor went well with the blueberries. I made the batter a day ahead and chilled it.
