Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    My self-rising flour was past its "best by" date, so I added some extra baking powder - not sure if it was needed, but I was happy with the texture of the muffins. They were quite moist and tender, but honestly more like unfrosted cupcakes, although not so sweet we couldn't have them for breakfast.
