    This was good, but I felt like they went cold fast. The breading process was tedious going ring by ring. By the third “batch” I ended up just throwing the breading into a zip top bag, straining the onions, throwing them in, and shaking up the bag. The result of the “winging it” bag method resulted in what will make for some tasty burger toppings. (Side note: I only made this recipe because I wanted to use up leftover buttermilk).
