    une 2025: We really enjoyed the chicken cooked this way. It came out crispy (even though I forgot to spray the chicken with oil before putting it in the oven) and juicy. We will make this again. Make sure to spray the wire rack, for easier clean-up, and line the baking sheet with foil. I used gluten free corn flakes and both chicken drumsticks and bone in thighs
