    Made 2 batches and gave as gifts, keeping lots for ourselves. Gorgeous color. We didn't strain it - used the immersion blender. Nice, silky, vinegary, and not too hot. Great on eggs, beans, swirled into soup, and in the grilled cheese with melty white cheese on the next page.
