Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    I made it again (and the link I used before didn't work) - thankfully, I have the magazine so... Anyway the rub was nice , but I used the same amount as indicated for four, for just one steak (I find rubs as indicated in recipe are always too scarce for me to really tell the difference). Also, the vinaigrette is really nice and fresh, but doesn't really have the texture of a vinaigrette, more like a liquid mango purée :) I did use salad and coriander this time. It was still a nice, balanced and healthy way to eat steak. I used bavette again (my favorite piece)!

    The recipe link has disappeared, I found a new one here with the exact same recipe as in the magazine but no credit to it (shame!) : http://www.naturestablesnacks.co.uk/Recipes/August-2013-1/Chargrilled-steak-and-coriander-salad-with-mango-v I loved the vinaigrette... very original, healthy and tasty and gives a nice fresh contrast with the grilled steak, as well as the spring onion. I did not pay much attention to the rub because my steak was so great I lost attention. I also forgot the salad and the coriander as I was too hungry :)
