Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Very similar to King Arthur's recipe, but with lemon zest and an extra egg. I chose this recipe thinking the zest would add more flavor. I did need quite a few more lemons for 1 cup juice. The method worked well, but King Arthur's instructions were more helpful (longer time range, curd temperature). Great, easy method - I might never make stovetop curd again.
