Can substitute sweet Italian sausages for pork sausages.

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

I used the Italian sausage option and replaced the fennel with an equal measure of celery, cabbage, leeks & green onions + diced fresnos for heat. I used 42 g as a target to fill each roll & while I thought they would all leak in the oven, only 2 (of 8) did. For the sauce I used Thai basil & cashews in place of cilantro & peanuts but as written, it was too "limey" for us...easily fixed by upping the other ingredients. We each ate 4 rolls (which somehow appear to be much larger in the pic...not so much in reality) beside a crunchy salad. Next time I will make the full amount of these very tasty rolls & stash some in the freezer.

Yummy. Great to make ahead and pop in the freezer. Cook frozen.
