    p. 21 – Exceptional! mr bc declared this to be his favourite appetizer ever! High praise indeed and in fact everyone agreed this was truly delicious and a really unique dish. The only change I made was to slice my cheese into 1/3” slices vs ½” . I don’t have much to say other than this was rich, exceptionally flavourful and a major hit.
