    We are not a family of meat loaf fans but this one went over quite well. The meat was juicy and tasted mainly of the barbeque sauce (I used the family favourite). I was concerned the bacon wouldn't be done when the loaves were, and it wasn't, even with a 2 minute microwaved head start; 2 minutes under the broiler at the end crisped it up nicely. I baked the loaves on a rimmed sheetpan.
