    Can substitute broccoli florets for choy sum and medium dry sherry for rice wine.

    Pretty good but with an overwhelming wine taste, so cut down the wine in the beef marinade and the sauce. I did not deep fried the noodles, I just pan-fried each side of the noodle cake in about a table spoon of oil. Also did not add mushroom.
