    This is a fun and very easy bread. The end result is moist and keeps well for a few days. Definitely use a beer with a flavor you'd enjoy in the bread - the beer's flavor notes come through, though they do mellow after a day or so. Dos Equis worked well for me, Honker's Ale was so-so, and Michelob Lite was definitely not a repeater.
