Dhana jiru (Dhansak masala) from My Bombay Kitchen: Traditional and Modern Parsi Home Cooking (page 38) by Niloufer Ichaporia King

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Can substitute Turkish bay leaves for cassia leaves. See recipe notes for variation.

DELISH! I like to make this ahead of time. It makes quite a lot, so scale down for your needs. Note: Parsi dhana jiru is more than just a ground mix of coriander seeds and cumin seeds which is used in the rest of India. The Parsi version is a complex mix of many spices - up to 20! The one in this book on P36 is a fabulous mix.
