    I found this to be over the top garlicky to the point that garlic is all you taste. Plus, in spite of draining really well and blotting dry, way too salty.

    Good, tangy accompaniment to Hungarian stew. I feared it would be too salty, but maybe I squeezed and blotted the cucumbers too thoroughly, as I actually wanted to sprinkle a little salt on top at the end.
