Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    This is one of my regular summer dinners. I like the combination of the Greek-flavored burgers with the crunchy/creamy fennel salad. I make a couple of changes - I use regular feta, black Kalamata olives and I use only a touch of honey.
